Perfect Wedding Planner provides a useful means to track guests, which parties they are invited to, who has RSVPd, travel and accommodations, menu selections, table assignments, and what gifts they gave you. It also allows you to create a budget, evaluate vendors with the WEB interface (e.g. florists, photographers, etc...), select a vendor. confirm your order. To help you stay on track in the planning process, a checklist is automatically created for you based on your wedding date. The easy-to-use interface organizes the wedding into file folders with tabs, resembling the way the user would manually organize their wedding. You can print labels, envelopes, table place cards, service cards, ‘Google’ maps, reception cards. Taking the stress

This needs to be realistic. A budget needs to be set and followed. It is too easy to let your spending get carried away in the heat of the moment. You want to enjoy your celebration but you don’t want to be spending more than necessary or more than you can afford. Our software is flexible and will assist in this important consideration.
    Venues & Suppliers
This is usually one of the main decisions when organising any function or event. You want something special and memorable. Select them add them to the WEB database for easy reference, remove them once you have decided on the venues and suppliers.
 
Guest List
No celebration would be complete without your guests being there to help you celebrate. It can sometimes be advisable for you to make your guest-list first so that you know the size of venue you will need. If there are key people that you would like to be at your celebration you may need to check their availability before you reserve your celebration venue.
